It may take up to 24 hours or more for your site to be reviewed. While Free in Bangkok is extensive in both scope and coverage. We are deeply committed to maintaining the highest quality standards and take pride in our selective curation process.

Please submit your listing to the most relevant category that directly corresponds to its content. We kindly ask that you submit your business listing or event listing only once.

The editors of Free in Bangkok retain the authority to exercise their editorial discretion in determining the appropriate category or categories for your listing.

We can not 100% guarantee that all people that visit the website will see your listing but we can guarantee that listing your business or event with us will increase your chances by 7% of the right viewers seeing your content and if you take advantage of our Featured Listing Packages, that increases to 16%.

When posting your listing, do ensure that you type in the most accurate and up-to-date information. Answer all required fields. You are welcome to copy your page link and share it as you see fit.

We firmly believe in and stand behind our services 100%, but we understand that it doesn’t always suit the needs of everyone. If you are unhappy with the services, you can contact our customer service team to ask for a refund. We are more than happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days of original purchase, the system will not complete a refund.

To receive a refund, please allow 5-7 business days or check with your banking institution.
