Silom Edge Songkran 2026

Silom Road (Silom Edge corner)
One of Bangkok’s most famous Songkran streets, Silom Road turns into a high-energy water battlefield. Expect live DJs, a central dance zone, and a free concert highlight featuring Hai Apaporn Nakhonsawan. Clean water refill stations and street food vendors keep the energy going all day. Songkran Siam 2026 (WATERLAND)
April 12–15, 2026

Siam Square transforms into an urban “Waterland” festival, combining water play with a full entertainment lineup. Multiple stages will host performances from popular Thai artists, making this one of the most vibrant and youth-focused Songkran experiences in Bangkok. Performances by DICE, ALTERS, LAZYLOXY, SAMBLACK, INC MATAWEE, MEAN Band, and many more artists.
Khao San Road Songkran 2026
Dates: April 13–15, 2026 (main peak days)
Time: From late morning until late night
Location: Khao San Road, Banglamphu
This is the wildest Songkran area in Bangkok (more party than cultural). One of the most famous Songkran destinations in the world, Khao San Road delivers a full-on party atmosphere. The entire street shuts down to traffic and transforms into a non-stop water battle zone filled with tourists, backpackers, and high-energy music.
Songkran Banthatthong 2026
April 12–14, 2026

Chula Soi 5, Banthatthong
Known for its food scene, Banthatthong adds a creative twist to Songkran with water tunnels, themed checkpoints, and a Water Tower installation. Visitors can enjoy three days of free concerts alongside some of the area’s most popular eateries.
New! Songkran Chatuchak 2026
Dates: April 11-12, 2026 (expected festival period)
Time: Late morning to evening
Location: Chatuchak Market / MRT Kamphaeng Phet
One of Bangkok’s most popular market areas, Chatuchak joins the Songkran celebrations with a mix of water play, music, and market energy. Water tunnels are at Gate 1 and 3! This area offers a slightly more local and relaxed alternative compared to Silom or Khao San, while still delivering a lively festival atmosphere.
